Photo swiped campaign

The ministry of Health in one Chinese city put up this billboard to promote some sort of health-related conference.

Pretty nice, huh? But those chinese did it again. They stole the image from another kind of association. The folks at the Ministry didn't realized that the image they used (and certainly swiped without permission) was of a Japanese porno actress.

When the Ministry of Health officials learned the provenance of the photo, they had the billboard taken down. How do I know she's a porno actress?  ehmm, uuhhhmm, a friend told me.
